Bedlam Productions Inc. creates and produces theatre-based professional education education programs. Our goal is to help organizations produce stronger leaders, advance high-potential talent, and nurture developing professionals.
Bedlam Productions Inc. offers five core programs that concentrate on executive presence, personal brand, and leadership style. Each follows our theatre and television methodology, and is customized for every audience:
1. Produce and Market Your Personal Brand
Your personal brand tells others about your individual image and the results you bring to match it. Without a well-defined and articulated brand, it’s hard to set an effective career path and define leadership potential. For the organization, for the team, and for the individual, branding is a core element for competition and success. With our personal branding program and curriculum, you’ll focus on personal brand identification, personal packaging and marketing, uncovering hidden talents and signature style. The result? An immediate ability to have more influence, a stronger impact both personally and professionally, and improved leadership presence._____________________________________________
2. Deliver a Command Performance
Command Performance addresses a key business imperative: The ability to speak and present with confidence, clarity and leadership. Many men and women struggle at the podium, or in front of clients, but they don’t have to. If they’re “produced,” they can jump onto the corporate stage with the talents of a well-rehearsed leading player. The PYC methodology doesn’t work like a presentation starter-kit. Instead, it works with professionals as if prepping for a one-man or woman show, following a very successful program of Core, Content, Control, Connection and Craft. We introduce actors and directors to hone individual performance. We turn around the most hesitant or skeptical so that taking the stage becomes easy.
Bedlam Productions’ newest leadership presence program specifically targets those who want to amp up their phone leadership skills. We call it “You’re On the Air” and have already brought it into 5 Fortune 500 companies – to rave reviews!Developed by the Bedlam Productions team of actors, radio hosts and voiceover artists, “You’re On the Air” centers around 10 key ingredients of strong phone leadership. Below are our 10 Tips and program headlines – We dig deeply into each aspect with our participants to unleash their hidden talents and polish their telephone leadership skills:
1. Mimic your favorite DJ
2. Speak to only one person
3. Ditch informality and regional references
4. Testing, Testing
5. “Promo” your call
6. Let your voice smile
7. ”Who’s on the line?”
8. Rewind and replay
9. The exceptional power of the pause
10. Slow down!

4. The Executive Studio
If you’re a leader, clearly you have exceptional talent, but that talent may not emerge convincingly when you address a large audience, make a presentation, appear on Skype or in a videoconference, or speak to clients. Don’t let that happen! In the Executive Studio, our program designed for no more than 5 professionals, we help leaders (or emerging talent) master their delivery and message, learn special approaches for “holding an audience” (in person or by phone) and assure clarity in their communication. The Executive Studio, like an actor’s studio, is designed to teach each member of the group according to his/her personal style. We never assume one size fits all. We choose to “produce” each leader as if we’re preparing him or her for center stage, and the intimate setting encourages group support and feedback. Since we all know that no great actor would ever take the stage without being well-directed and rehearsed, we also know that no executive can truly perform at his or her best without customized instruction, significant preparation and individual “producing.”
5. Hire an Executive Producer
CEOs, celebrity presenters and politicians have personal and individual presentation coaches, and you can too. If you prefer one-on-one personal leadership presence and presentation coaching, as opposed to working inside the Executive Studio, we encourage you to hire your own “producer” in order to customize your delivery, your CV, your brand, your executive presence. At Bedlam Productions, we take a television production approach, no different than prepping on-camera talent to present, moderate, or interview. And, as a special way of teaching, we bring theatre professionals to your program, so you benefit from the coaching of those who have had professional success. You succeed because we teach from your vantage point, and do not insist on conventional methodology.
